Requirements

  • Expertise in advanced analytics, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and infrastructure design tailored for healthcare applications.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, including data quality management.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and HITECH.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing cutting-edge data technologies and tools suitable for healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a robust data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and healthcare industry standards.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and HITECH (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health) Act.
  • Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive healthcare information.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the use of advanced analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and infrastructure tailored to healthcare applications, ensuring efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval across all business units while maintaining stringent data security protocols.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data technologies and tools suitable for healthcare environments.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives.
