One10 is seeking a Senior Director of Data Science to lead strategic data initiatives and drive business impact through advanced analytics, AI, and behavioral science. This role will oversee the Analysis and Measurement team, guiding the development of data-driven strategies that influence behavior and optimize incentive programs. The outcomes of this work will have a significant impact on company-wide performance, directly aligning with strategic priorities and financial goals.
Requirements
- Expertise in statistical programming (Python/R), SQL, and machine learning model deployment.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, traditional statistical methods, and cloud ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical proficiency with strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Proven record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with behavioral science principles, including motivation theory, decision-making processes, and behavioral economics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of data science strategies to support business growth.
- Support the design, analysis, and optimization of incentive programs, leveraging data and behavioral science principles to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement.
- Apply behavioral science insights to understand and predict participant behavior, tailoring strategies to maximize motivation and program impact.
- Partner with the product leadership team to identify data needs, uncover opportunities, and integrate data-driven insights into product development and strategy.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and other analytical tools for various applications, including customer segmentation and forecasting.
- Utilize a wide range of data science tools and methodologies, including traditional statistical techniques, cloud-based platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve the performance of One10 Marketing’s core services, including Incentives & Recognition, Marketing Services, and Travel & Events.

- 7+ years of professional experience in data science, with proven success in leadership roles.
- Experience managing and developing a team, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.

- A recent advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or a related field, is preferred
