Requirements
- Deep experience with modern software architecture (cloud-native on Azure/AWS, microservices, event-driven systems)
- API management

- Experience with domains such as lab and manufacturing digital (e.g., LIMS/ELN, MES, EBR), supply chain, R&D informatics, quality and regulatory systems, or commercial analytics
- Background in applying responsible AI/ML to real-world enterprise workflows; experience with MLOps and model governance

- 15+ years leading enterprise software product development and delivery; 7+ years P&L or large program ownership.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling software businesses or product lines serving global enterprises.
- Proven track record delivering secure, compliant solutions in regulated or highly controlled environments (life sciences, healthcare, semiconductors, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; adept at translating strategy to measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with CSV/validation practices and working with Quality/Compliance in life sciences contexts.
