Requirements
- Experience with product discovery, including user research, problem framing, rapid prototyping, and A/B experimentation.
- Ability to partner closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable multi-device experiences.
- Experience with analytics, segmentation, and cohort analysis to uncover insights and guide product decisions.
- Knowledge of data-driven decision making and experimentation.
- Experience with product management tools and technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organization—simplifying complexity and driving alignment around key decisions.
- Experience with cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a clear, compelling long-term strategy and roadmap for Norton 360.
- Lead major product initiatives from idea to global launch, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Drive rigorous product discovery, including user research, problem framing, rapid prototyping, and A/B experimentation.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable multi-device experiences.
- Use analytics, segmentation, and cohort analysis to uncover insights and guide product decisions.
- Work with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimize onboarding, adoption, subscription flows, upgrades, and renewals.
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, experimentation, and measurable impact.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Travel may be required
