Epicor is looking to hire a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction of its business application portfolio, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.
Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in product management with a track record of success in strategic leadership roles
- 7+ years’ experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably with international scope
- 6+ years’ experience in business applications or related industry
- Expertise in product management processes, best practices, and the ability to mentor others
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience owning a strategic P&L and driving growth and operational excellence
- Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies and CRM systems
- Experience scaling product delivery in complex, fast-evolving technology environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Epicor’s business objectives and market demands
- Define and manage short- and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring clarity of vision and execution readiness
- Prioritize product investments and feature enhancements using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
- Drive performance and scalability improvements across product teams while maintaining customer focus and financial accountability

- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
