Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead key product domains, translate enterprise product strategy into scalable, high-impact execution, and drive outcomes through strong product craft, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of product managers and/or directors in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success owning product domains or portfolios with measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Strong fluency across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Solid technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design leaders.
- Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational complexity.
- Experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care models, or payer-provider interoperability.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned product domains, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio and enterprise priorities.
- Partner with the VP of Product Management to shape and refine product strategies addressing market shifts such as value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, clear priorities, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
- Apply structured decision-making frameworks to evaluate opportunities, trade-offs, and investment impact within your domain.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Client Success to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
- Drive disciplined planning, delivery rhythms, release readiness, and success measurement within your teams.
- Identify and remove execution blockers related to process, dependencies, or organizational friction.

- Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Product Managers, fostering strong product judgment, customer empathy, and stakeholder effectiveness.
- Establish clear role expectations, performance standards, and development plans across the team.
- Support talent growth through coaching, feedback, and career progression aligned to organizational needs.
