Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
- Experience developing or leading large, cross-functional teams of technologists in engineering
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale
- Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability, modernization and infrastructure uplift
- Experience building proofs of concept (POCs) owning the design and driving delivery teams to execute on that vision
- Prior track record of contributing to major implementations focused on architecting, designing and modernizing technology uplift environments
- Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Responsibilities
- Oversee US-based teams (regional and site level) within Testing Engineering, Modernization, Automation, Infrastructure Up-Lift Environment, Stability and Resiliency, and Architecture
- Provides high-level direction while being hands-on as Design Authority focused on design and architecture of solution delivery
- Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-functional and cross-product collaborations
- Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
- Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
- Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectives and perspectives
- Building proofs of concept (POCs) owning the design and driving delivery teams to execute on that vision
Other
- Excellent communication skills and technical documentation skills producing White Papers and PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders
