Requirements

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • Experience developing or leading large, cross-functional teams of technologists in engineering
  • Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale
  • Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability, modernization and infrastructure uplift
  • Experience building proofs of concept (POCs) owning the design and driving delivery teams to execute on that vision
  • Prior track record of contributing to major implementations focused on architecting, designing and modernizing technology uplift environments
  • Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee US-based teams (regional and site level) within Testing Engineering, Modernization, Automation, Infrastructure Up-Lift Environment, Stability and Resiliency, and Architecture
  • Provides high-level direction while being hands-on as Design Authority focused on design and architecture of solution delivery
  • Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-functional and cross-product collaborations
  • Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
  • Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
  • Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectives and perspectives
  • Building proofs of concept (POCs) owning the design and driving delivery teams to execute on that vision

  • Excellent communication skills and technical documentation skills producing White Papers and PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders
