Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary design teams at scale.
- Proven track record in growth, subscription, or retention-focused product design.
- Experience integrating A/B testing and experimentation into the design process.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and impact in complex, data-informed environments.
- Prototyping abilities either through tools, code or vibe coding
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience for Growth, from first touch to long-term retention, ensuring every interaction is cohesive, intuitive, and delightful.
- Lead a world-class team of designers fostering a culture of creativity, craft, high-performance and experimentation.
- Drive experimentation at scale—partnering with data and product teams to define hypotheses, execute A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on results.
- Balance art and science—grounding design decisions in user insights, analytics, and business objectives while pushing for innovation.
- Champion the customer—bring deep empathy for users into strategic conversations, ensuring our growth tactics are human-centered.
- Drive the design vision and strategy for Growth initiatives, balancing rapid experimentation with deep commitment to craft and high quality design standars
- Develop frameworks for measuring design impact and making data-informed decisions
