Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Director, Product – Enterprise Mastercard to lead their Enterprise Fleet Mastercard product line, setting product vision, owning the roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing a team to scale product impact.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Spec, card controls, digital wallets, and transaction security
- Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, write product requirements, and partner across engineering, design, and GTM
- Comfort working with ERP integrations, APIs, and platform partnerships (e.g., telematics, fleet software)
Responsibilities
- Owning the roadmap for enterprise fleet card solutions—including controls, rebates, digital wallet, compliance, reporting, and partner integrations
- Staying current on Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Specs, commercial card innovations, and enterprise payment trends
- Partnering with engineering to lead delivery, including writing requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting development cycles
- Ensuring seamless platform integrations with ERP systems, telematics providers, and fleet management software
- Leading customer discovery and research efforts to inform strategy and roadmap evolution
- Developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with sales, marketing, and account management to drive adoption
Other
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading a product team or function
- Experience in B2B payments, card issuing, fleet cards, or commercial card programs is strongly preferred
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills—from exec-level presentations to team ceremonies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Coaching and developing a small team of product managers and/or analysts
