Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Director, Product – Enterprise Mastercard to lead their Enterprise Fleet Mastercard product line, setting product vision, owning the roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing a team to scale product impact.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Spec, card controls, digital wallets, and transaction security
  • Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, write product requirements, and partner across engineering, design, and GTM
  • Comfort working with ERP integrations, APIs, and platform partnerships (e.g., telematics, fleet software)

Responsibilities

  • Owning the roadmap for enterprise fleet card solutions—including controls, rebates, digital wallet, compliance, reporting, and partner integrations
  • Staying current on Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Specs, commercial card innovations, and enterprise payment trends
  • Partnering with engineering to lead delivery, including writing requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting development cycles
  • Ensuring seamless platform integrations with ERP systems, telematics providers, and fleet management software
  • Leading customer discovery and research efforts to inform strategy and roadmap evolution
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with sales, marketing, and account management to drive adoption

Other

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading a product team or function
  • Experience in B2B payments, card issuing, fleet cards, or commercial card programs is strongly preferred
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills—from exec-level presentations to team ceremonies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Coaching and developing a small team of product managers and/or analysts
