Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Director - Product Management to develop and execute customer experience strategies that enhance service capabilities across all internal and external stakeholders, leveraging agile methodology to define architecture for experience-driven solutions, promote a customer-first culture, and lead high-performing teams to deliver innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with human-centered design, design/systems thinking, and user research.
- Background in product and strategy development in a product-led organization, preferably in a technology company.
- Agile experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging agile methodology, this role defines the architecture for experience-driven solutions
- Drives requirements and prioritization activities across Product Owners/Managers leading agile sprint teams.
- Participates in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.
- Assists in user research alongside UX/UI designers.
- Identifies success metrics to measure feature effectiveness.
- Produces marketing collateral with business departments for release rollout.
- Communicates release outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Twelve (12) plus years of experience leading strategic initiative development and execution, including operational policies and process improvements.
- Eight (8) plus years in senior operational leadership roles within complex organizations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to present strategy and complex topics to leadership.
- Proven ability to build alignment, drive decision-making, and lead through change.
