Yext is looking to define how it empowers multi-location businesses to manage, engage, and grow across social platforms at scale, and is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and success of its Social product line.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or Martech company, ideally with direct ownership of Social Media products
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product teams
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy through platform consolidation—ideally having owned decisions on whether to merge, sunset, or reinvent multiple overlapping social media tools to create a unified product vision
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape for businesses—across publishing, engagement, compliance, insights, and reputation
- Familiarity with social listening, UGC moderation, paid/organic strategy, and brand intelligence platforms
- Proven success launching and scaling SaaS products in a competitive and fast-moving market
- Experience managing through change, such as post-acquisition integration or org transformations
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Yext Social, aligning with company priorities and market trends
- Explore and expand the product surface area across local-level social media management, brand-level social media management, digital listening and brand intelligence, and the intersection of AI search, paid SEO, and social media
- Own product strategy to customer adoption and usage across the Social portfolio—driving customer value, differentiation, and adoption
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and data science partners to deliver compelling solutions that solve real customer problems
- Stay ahead of platform evolution (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and AI-driven channel trends, identifying and seizing opportunities
- Evangelize the product both internally and externally—through executive briefings, customer councils, analyst relations, and field enablement
- Partner closely with marketing and sales to ensure positioning, packaging, and pricing effectively reflect product value and market opportunity
