BCD Travel is seeking to lead the next generation program management platform that saves time and reduces costs for travel management stakeholders by consolidating and automating enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive work experience in a B2B product environment, preferably within a FinTech, Data or SaaS platform vertical
- An equal understanding of both technology and product marketing disciplines
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and translate behavioral data into actionable plans
- Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software used for projects with remote team members and stakeholders
- Capable of managing and working in a virtual and multinational team environment
- Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear product vision based on competitive analyses and input from commercial teams, customers, and technology teams
- Drive consumer quality UI/UX to ensure products are polished, easy to access, and easy to use
- Develop a robust GTM strategy and marketing plan against goals: Adoption, usage, upsell/cross-sell
- Manage internal/external product marketing and positioning of the vision and the final platform, fine-tuning based on commercial feedback and results
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all products and solutions within your portfolio, supporting commercial teams with the tools they need to sell the benefits
- Connect with strategic partners, listen to their thoughts and concerns, and find ways in which working with them could benefit our company
- Manage personnel, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, terminating, training, motivating, recognizing achievements, and evaluating
