Microsoft is looking to drive Product Marketing for Windows Commercial to shape how Windows delivers value to small businesses, enterprises, and public sector organizations worldwide, with a focus on security, management, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (A.I.) in the workplace.
Requirements
- 5+ years working with information technology (IT) solutions including end-user computing, security, cloud services, endpoint management, and artificial intelligence (A.I.), driving impactful outcomes with commercial customers and end users.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and drives sales and adoption initiatives that deliver value to commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing for WindowsCommercial, including positioning, value prop, messaging, and competitivedifferentiation that reflects commercial customer needs.
- Design and deliver integrated campaigns, solution plays, and sales enablement assets that accelerate adoption across small business, enterprise, and public sector segments.
- Champion the voice of commercial customers within Microsoft, work with engineering teams to shape product roadmaps, ensuring Windows evolves to meet the needs of the customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, field, public relations and partner teams to create unified narratives and deliver impactful launch and drive industry thought leadership.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously improve marketing motions for impact, efficiency, and equity.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 9+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- 7+ years people management experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
