Responsibilities
- Drive business line objectives in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Lead the Product Management team and provide guidance on strategy, go-to-market and pricing strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive positioning
- Partner with sales, operations, Customer Success and other functional teams to design and execute marketing programs
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business line strategy
- Communicate campaigns, programs, and pricing effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and Clinical Consultants
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing within healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise software
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and C-suite levels
- Will require approximately 50%-60% travel
- Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
