Responsibilities

  • Drive business line objectives in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
  • Lead the Product Management team and provide guidance on strategy, go-to-market and pricing strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive positioning
  • Partner with sales, operations, Customer Success and other functional teams to design and execute marketing programs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business line strategy
  • Communicate campaigns, programs, and pricing effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and Clinical Consultants

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing within healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise software
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and C-suite levels
  • Will require approximately 50%-60% travel
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
