GlobalFoundries is seeking a strategic leader to drive the RF GaN Product Line business forward through ownership of P&L, investment strategy, customer engagement, and market development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Proven experience in RF technologies, preferably GaN based technologies and systems
- Experience working with global customers and navigating complex deal structures.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Lead and manage the full profit and loss for the RF GaN product line, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Strategic Investment Leadership: Define and execute investment strategies to support product innovation, market expansion, and long-term growth.
- Customer Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of customers, working closely with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Market Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and trends across defense, aerospace, telecom, and other relevant sectors.
- Deal Execution: Drive commercial negotiations and close strategic deals that advance the product line’s market position.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and execution across the organization.
