Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Node.js, Swift, or React.
- Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality consumer-facing web or mobile products.
- Proven experience scaling software systems and engineering organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Experience using A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to guide feature development and optimization.
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years managing multiple teams and engineering leaders.
- Skilled at managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and resource planning across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver high-impact, outcome-driven results.
- Align technical strategy across teams to ensure cohesive direction and execution.
- Be a thought leader in how best to infuse AI into the planning journey and our couple facing experiences.
- Own the quality, performance, and scalability of the consumer experience; monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a data-informed approach to software development, optimizing processes and operational efficiency.
- Uphold engineering excellence through practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and robust incident management.
- Lead a combination of native mobile and web teams and actively partner with product, design, and data leaders.
