HM Technology is looking to build long-term organizational optimizations, oversee budget/planning, direct quality practices, and create product vision for tools and analytics teams to support product life cycle management. The role also aims to develop future senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversees organization’s budget/planning
- Directs the definition and implementation of quality practices
- Creates the product vision for tools and analytics teams
- Support the ongoing life cycle management of applicable key products and/or systems
- Define and implement customer requirements
- Manage system and user acceptance testing cycles to ensure accurate and quality business solutions
- Recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area
Other
- 15+ years of Operational, PMO, and Software Development experience combined
- 7+ years of Leadership Experience
- Develops leaders to build senior leadership bench strength.
- Excellent organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and excellent delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
- Excellent problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.
