Requirements
- Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, algorithms, and data products.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI use.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
Other
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a business setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
