Requirements
- Deep functional knowledge of supply chain business processes and applications
- Proven experience integrating and implementing data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning solutions
- Hands-on experience across the entire application and technology lifecycle
- Deep expertise in supply chain business processes, applications, and emerging technologies
- Technical excellence in software design, development, and deployment
- Familiar with data platform and/or building data products
- Experience with advanced analytics models
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain technology strategy
- Lead the strategic integration of material planning, logistics, fulfillment, and planning functions
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing future-forward technologies
- Own the full lifecycle of IT investments
- Champion the adoption of agile delivery and DevOps practices
- Ensure technology solutions align with Ford's enterprise architecture, data strategy, and technology standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management, business partners, suppliers, and internal technology teams
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology and software functions, with a focus on supply chain management
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
