Rocket Lab is looking to solve mission-critical space domain and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) challenges for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers by developing innovative and novel designs for space, terrestrial, and airborne environments.
Requirements
- Experience in embedded software engineering
- Familiarity with VxWorks, RTEMS, or ThreadX
- Experience with C/C++
- Experience with interfaces, timing, and communications protocols
- Familiarity with C/C++, Python, and MATLAB.
- Nvidia CUDA
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software for embedded platforms.
- Support board bring-up and test of products.
- Execute debugging software in the lab.
- Perform synthesis, implementation, and timing analysis.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent discipline with 5-8 years of experience
- TS/SCI security clearance
- U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Ability to commute to buildings
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
