Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned and experienced Techno Functional Lead to join their Oracle Agile PLM team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across IT and business units for their Medical Segment IT Product team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms as a techno-functional expert preferred
  • Strong understanding of FDA CSV requirements and methodologies preferred
  • Gather Requirements, Design and write J2EE/Java code around PLM platforms preferred
  • Managing applications in AWS and GCP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform configuration changes in PLM solutions with PLM IT Service Delivery and implementation partners.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions aligned with FDA computer systems validation (CSV) methodologies.
  • Define technical requirements in accordance with SDLC, management and project/product scope.
  • Design and write J2EE/Java code around PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms including extending APIs, batch jobs, JMS queues, and ERP integrations.
  • Lead user acceptance activities by coordinating with functional teams, development teams, and project managers.
  • Manage Functional, Technical documentation.
  • Assist with development of our technology multi-year roadmap.

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple teams and priorities preferred
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
