Otto Aviation is seeking a Senior Developer, Middleware/Integration to lead the design, development, and optimization of integrations across enterprise systems to support their development of the world's first fifth-generation business jet.
Requirements
- SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP
- SAP Certified Associate - SAP Integration Suite
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
- Certifications from vendors such as Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or broader certifications like TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) that also cover middleware technologies and integration practices.
- 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration using middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: SAP BTP (CPI/Integration Suite), MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous).
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex integration solutions across enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, PLM, MES etc.).
- Lead the development of APIs, event-driven integrations, and data pipelines using middleware platforms.
- Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration platforms and DevOps pipelines.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in integration projects.
- The new teammate must be willing to travel to our current site at Ft Worth, TX, 1 week per month for team collaboration
