Entegris Specialty Gas and Etch research, development, and engineering team is looking for an Engineer to help with the development of new products. The primary responsibility of the engineer is to own the process development aspects for the new products along with developing the test methodology to validate and qualify a new design.
Requirements
- Proficient with process simulation software
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mass transfer principles.
- Experience with handling and purification or hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills including experience with GC, FTIR, and RGA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for scaling up processes from proof of concept to a pilot scale system.
- Create and execute experimental test plans to characterize the performance and reliability of components in a fluid storage and delivery system.
- Author and review standard operating procedures, batch records, and process documentation.
- Innovate to improve technical capabilities for the team.
- Make proposals for developing new or improving existing products and processes.
- Support technical leaders in a stage-gate process and be accountable for executing assigned tasks as committed.
- Understand project management tools such as gantt charts for efficient execution of assigned tasks.

- Able to work fully on-site both in a lab and office environment.
- Able to lift and move gas cylinders weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in SCBA for duration of 30min. at a time.
