Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Technology, with extensive hands-on expertise in SAP FPSL (design, implementation, and integration).
- Python, data processing frameworks, ETL tools, SQL, APIs, and large-scale system integration.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques to financial data within SAP FPSL or similar environments.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness) and ability to embed them into system design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP FPSL configurations, ensuring alignment with financial reporting, payments, and compliance requirements.
- Write Python scripts, build ETL jobs, process structured/unstructured financial data, and integrate SAP FPSL with multiple applications and platforms.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to financial data sets, enhancing automation, reconciliation, and forecasting capabilities within SAP FPSL environments.
- Leverage payments and banking industry expertise to shape requirements, anticipate challenges, and design fit-for-purpose financial technology solutions.
- Partner with finance, product, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure FPSL solutions meet regulatory, operational, and performance standards.
- Ensure that SAP FPSL implementations and related integrations comply with SOX and other regulatory requirements, embedding traceability and audit readiness into all deliverables.
- Lead initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of FPSL and related systems, ensuring high availability and resilience.
