Cardinal Health is seeking to implement and optimize Workday's next-generation AI capabilities to enhance business operations and drive user experience transformation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and deployment preferred.
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration development using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors preferred.
- Proven experience with Workday Illuminate features, including AI agents, widgets, and orchestrations preferred.
- Proficiency in building custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise chatbot frameworks preferred.
- Strong experience with Workday APIs (SOAP and REST) and other web services preferred.
- Proficient in relevant programming languages such as XSLT and XML preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of AI agents such as Recruiter Agent and Performance Review Agent.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents using Workday’s low-code/no-code tools and the Workday Build platform.
- Configure anomaly detection, auto-filling, and contextual automation features across HR modules.
- Create AI-powered applications and widgets using Workday Extend to embed personalized AI assistance directly into user workflows.
- Enable and configure Workday Assistant across web and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Develop guided workflows for time-off requests, job changes, and employee inquiries.
- Monitor usage analytics and optimize conversational flows for accuracy and efficiency.
