CLEAResult is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead initiatives that deliver cost savings and reduce emissions across a portfolio of energy efficiency programs, overseeing a team of engineers and managing project execution, resources, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills – experience with VBA a plus
- Exposure to building and system modeling software a plus – examples: Energy Plus, eQuest, JMP, NEO, TraneTrace or others
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in audits, evaluations, HVAC, M&V, RCx, refrigeration, tool development and/or other areas of focus for our team and clients.
- Direct updates to templates, tools, and procedures to reflect client requests and industry developments.
- Lead team engagement with evaluation contractors and utility clients.
- Guide team members in applying technical knowledge effectively.
- Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and performance standards.
