Requirements
- More than 7+ plus year of experience in engineering
- Three years’ experience or plus in engineering management in hospitality or high-rise industry
- Projects Management experience
- Mechanic Experience is a most - In hotel preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directs the installation and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to insure safety and efficiency.
- Mentoring more junior engineers

- At least 2-year college (associate) degree preferred
- Previous supervisory skills required
