Rubrik is building Rubrik Agent Cloud, an enterprise platform to monitor, govern, and remediate AI agents, operating at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and enterprise security. The Engineering Manager for the Cloud Platform team will lead the design and operation of the multi-cloud infrastructure foundation powering this platform, ensuring secure deployment, scaling, and management across multiple cloud providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
- Strong understanding of IAM, Org/Project structures, policies, and access controls.
- Deep familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred) and modern DevOps automation.
- Demonstrated success driving security, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a world-class cloud platform engineering team
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers who are passionate about building secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Define and evolve the cloud architecture spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
- Establish and enforce standards for identity, policy, tagging, resource hierarchy, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with InfoSec and Compliance to ensure security controls and audit readiness (SOC 2, FedRAMP, etc.).
- Champion Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation (Flux, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
- Drive cost optimization, observability, and operational maturity across all environments.
