Aledade is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team in developing AI platforms and enabling AI across the company, ultimately aiming to improve patient health outcomes by empowering primary care physicians with technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software.
- 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
- Experience managing AI and platform engineering teams.
- Experience managing platform engineering teams that have built production grade infrastructure for MLOps or LLM Ops.
- Experience leading big data engineering teams.
- 5+ years experience building and managing platform engineering teams and specifically machine learning platform engineering teams at scale.
- Experience managing AI platform engineering teams on python stack.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutioning and building roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to drive engineering excellence in our processes and systems.
- Manage AI and platform engineering teams.
