The role aims to unify multiple engineering teams under a cohesive technical vision, scale platforms, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment, especially as AI integration becomes more prominent.
Requirements
- Experience leading orgs of 20+ engineers, including other manager
- Proven ability to scale fullstack systems in cloud environments
- Deep system design expertise and architectural leadership
- Experience implementing AI tools in engineering processes or customer products
- A strong track record of delivering high-impact, customer-facing features

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the roadmap for the Editors Platform, Email Editors, Mobile Editors, Forms, and Profile Growth
- Deliver AI-powered features that simplify and elevate content creation for Klaviyo customers
- Drive architectural decisions that enable scalability, reliability, and long-term platform growth
- Partner with Product and Design to ensure alignment between technical execution and user value
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 Engineering Managers and ~25 engineers across multiple product areas
- Foster a high-performing culture that supports career development and innovation
