Requirements
- Proven success building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD systems, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and operational metrics.
- GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bazel, Terraform, Datadog, Kubernetes, and other modern DevOps and observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams across CI/CD, developer workflows, shared utilities, and automation platforms.
- Act as a liaison to partner engineering teams, evangelizing the mission and roadmap of Developer Productivity.
- Inspire internal teams to contribute via open-source and open-contribution models.
- Review and guide architecture, design, test strategies, and delivery plans.
- Manage project risks and drive creative problem-solving.
- Develop and evolve engineering and business processes to optimize team efficiency.
- Represent the team and strategy at internal and external industry events.

- 15 + years of software engineering experience, including 10 + years in engineering leadership roles.
- Deep empathy for developers as primary stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing managers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
