The company is looking to lead a dynamic engineering team in the design and development of innovative HVLS fan and fan related products, ensuring robust, efficient product development processes aligned with quality and market leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with industrial production and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of agency testing requirements and applicable codes/standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and modern engineering tools such as Windchill, CAD, Credo, etc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for products from concept through production, ensuring robust design, compliance, and manufacturability.
- Implement best-in-class engineering practices, including rigorous risk analysis, failure mode analysis, and value engineering.
- Oversee the Quality Management and Testing team, and their corresponding lab.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards for safety, reliability, and compliance.
- Integrate quality assurance and technical support functions into the engineering workflow to proactively address field issues and customer feedback.
- Manage resources to support engineering product maintenance, standardized CAD formats, product development process and ECN processes.
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing and quotation activities on new product development projects as well as engineering changes on existing projects.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Industrial Design, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and successful product launches.
- Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to maximize team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, building trust and alignment with key stakeholders.
- 7+ years of product development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment sector.
- Demonstrated success in motivating and developing early-career engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
