As a Software Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the scope and direction of our technical initiatives. Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience of a team of at least 15 software engineers.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
