Requirements
- Technical background in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a closely related field
- The ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Familiarity with C2BMC and/or Missile Defense System architectures
- Agile certification from a reputable provider and hands‑on experience with Agile processes (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Experience creating, managing, and reporting on metrics/KPIs
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Agility, etc.)
- Ability to manage product backlogs, dependencies, and ensure alignment with C2BMC program plans, processes, and procedures
Responsibilities
- technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, and cost‑risk analyses across the full life‑cycle of missile‑defense‑related IT and communications systems
- designs, develops, and analyzes computer‑based solutions that translate customer requirements into complete hardware and software architectures while maintaining schedule and cost constraints

Other
- Active Top Secret clearance is required for consideration
- Strong written and presentation skills; adept at conveying technical details to engineering SMEs, program management, and customers
- Proven experience leading and managing teams delivering complex DoD systems
- Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) for cost, schedule, and scope control
- This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US citizen for consideration.
