Planate Management Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow its portfolio of non-traditional infrastructure programs across sovereign and privately funded sectors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in civil/infrastructure engineering, particularly in donor- or sovereign-funded programs
- Proven track record working with agencies such as USAID, MCC, DFC, WB, OPIC, or other MND banks
- Familiarity with both sovereign and private sector procurement and delivery models
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and strategic delivery of infrastructure programs funded by U.S., sovereign, and multilateral development agencies
- Capture, manage, and grow a pipeline of projects in the non-traditional infrastructure and engineering advisory space
- Oversee cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and field implementation
Other
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong business development acumen and ability to build and manage a global project pipeline
- International travel will be required as part of the role
- Preference for candidates eligible to work in the U.S. or with substantial experience in USAID or similar contracting environments
