Serco is looking to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office with program management support in development, production, and sustainment.
Requirements
- Experience with Service and OSD forms related to PPBE, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD-254
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules
- Microsoft Offices to include: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the Acquisition Management System (AMS)
- Familiar with DoD 5010.12-M, Procedures for the Acquisition and Management of Technical Data
Responsibilities
- Support DA&A in establishing, maintaining, and providing surveillance of the QMS
- Configuration Management (CM) – support DA&A in the management and approval of configuration management/data management by the Joint Capability Requirements Board (JCRB) and Joint Capability Control Board (JCCB)
- Cost support DA&A in providing the Enterprise Cost Estimate
- Assist DA&A in managing procurement and enterprise procurement metrics
- Assist DA&A in managing Government Property (GP) and Government Furnished Property
- Provide program management and analysis support in Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), enterprise earned value, data rights strategy, Integrated Product (IP), and the POM or Performance Based Regulation (PBR) process
- Assist DA&A in Procurement Process and Product Management Team (PMT) management, small business contracting and management, scheduling (e.g., the Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule [IMS]), and enterprise risk management
Other
- The ability to provide onsite support at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA a minimum of 2-3 days per week, each week
- Master’s degree in related field, plus 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years professional experience related to analysis and planning
- Three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP)
- Must have an active secret DOD clearance
- Up to 10% travel
