Serco is looking to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office by providing program management support in development, production, and sustainment.
Requirements
Experience with Service and OSD forms related to PPBE, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD-254
Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules
Microsoft Offices to include: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in the Acquisition Management System (AMS)
Familiar with DoD 5010.12-M, Procedures for the Acquisition and Management of Technical Data
Responsibilities
Support DA&A in establishing, maintaining, and providing surveillance of the QMS
Configuration Management (CM) – support DA&A in the management and approval of configuration management/data management by the Joint Capability Requirements Board (JCRB) and Joint Capability Control Board (JCCB)
Cost support DA&A in providing the Enterprise Cost Estimate
Assist DA&A in managing procurement and enterprise procurement metrics
Assist DA&A in managing Government Property (GP) and Government Furnished Property
Provide program management and analysis support in Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), enterprise earned value, data rights strategy, Integrated Product (IP), and the POM or Performance Based Regulation (PBR) process
Assist DA&A in Procurement Process and Product Management Team (PMT) management, small business contracting and management, scheduling (e.g., the Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule [IMS]), and enterprise risk management
Other
The ability to provide onsite support at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA a minimum of 2-3 days per week, each week
Master’s degree in related field, plus 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years professional experience related to analysis and planning
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 14 years of professional experience, including 10 years of professional experience related to analysis and planning
Three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP)
