1X is scaling from research and development to full-scale manufacturing and needs to lead the design, development, and optimization of its ERP ecosystem to support end-to-end business operations from Sales to Manufacturing to Service, while developing robust integrations with external systems.
Requirements
- Configure, customize, and extend Odoo (enterprise edition)
- Customize and extend ERP modules (primarily Odoo) using Python and Odoo framework best practices
- Develop robust integrations with external systems such as NetSuite for accounting and custom microservices for capabilities not native to the ERP
- Optimize performance of the ERP instance, database queries, and integrations for speed and reliability
- Establish best practices for ERP development, version control, automated testing, and deployment
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop our ERP implementation to support complete business workflows: Sales & CRM – quoting, order processing, pipeline management
- Manufacturing – BOMs, work orders, production planning, quality control
- Service – ticketing, spare parts tracking, field service management
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems
- NetSuite (accounting and finance)
- Microservices for niche requirements not covered by the ERP
- API-based data exchange with internal tools and partner systems
Other
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Service, Finance) to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
