Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools like Talend, DBT, Matillion, Informatica, or custom Python scripts
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Redshift
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control using Git
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling
- Experience with Talend DI
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure technical excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to corporate standards in ETL development
- Contribute to development while also collaborating with offshore resources to ensure standards
- Identify and resolve data bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Manage offshore or distributed teams
- Develop ETL processes using tools like Talend, DBT, Matillion, Informatica, or custom Python scripts
- Work with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Redshift
- Implement CI/CD practices and version control using Git
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development
- Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams is strongly preferred
- Must be able to work 4 days onsite per week in Wayne, PA
