Thales is looking to solve the problem of ensuring technical support to Sales & Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle from opportunity detection to products delivery and throughout deployment
Requirements
- Prior experience understanding programming languages used in Consumer Electronic Device (e.g. C, C++, Java, C)
- Prior experience in protocol development or testing and on the associated Test, Spy & Analysis tools (oscilloscope, sniffer, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with integration of electronic components and their integration in a system
- Experience with software integration, Middleware, SDKs, support tools, etc.
- Ability to review integration documents/diagrams, take traces, logs, and analyze the results
- Ability to execute post-integration validation plans (ATP) and provide reports
Responsibilities
- Ensure technical support to Sales & Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Support customers for the integration of Thales products and solutions
- Define and drive the development of all needed tools required to support the integration in customer environment
- Be the official Thales technical representative towards customers for product integration
- Provide active assistance to the customer throughout all the implementation of the product/solution
- Review integration documents/diagrams, take traces, logs, and analyze the results, execute post-integration validation plans (ATP) and provide reports
Other
- Domestic travel 15%. International travel (1 to 2 times max. per year, duration could be 1 to 2 weeks max.)

- Strong autonomy
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science, Telecommunications etc. or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant exempt experience
