Intuitive is looking to solve the problem of developing, prototyping, and maintaining software tools for their robotic systems in the field, specifically to support field service operations and data management. This involves creating robust software applications that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of field service teams and the data they generate.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming
- Experience with Windows
- Experience with web development
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD integrations
- Experience with Linux
Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and implement applications, tools, and new functionality to support field service of our robots and the data generated during service.
- Develop and enhance processes and interfaces with service software packages, robotic interfaces, test algorithms, and data pipelines.
- Assist in the development and documentation of effective requirements for the applications.
- Collaborate with other software engineers to ensure that the design and implementation for common software components can be effectively shared.
- Experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle: Planning, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming
