Requirements
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, and front-end frameworks such as MUI or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience operating and maintaining comprehensive design systems in Figma and Storybook.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge design and technical implementation with portfolio examples.
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a modern design system using tools like Figma, React, and Storybook.
- Introduce and maintain AI-driven workflows that accelerate design-to-code iteration.
- Maintain design system components in Storybook, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with UX designers and developers to translate user-centered designs into functional, high-quality code.
- Improve team productivity by introducing new tools, processes, and scalable practices.
- Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices are incorporated into all front-end work.

- 5–10 years of experience in front-end engineering, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Understanding of interaction design principles, user-centered processes, and complex B2B workflows.
- Ability to mentor and scale design and development practices within a growing team.
- Mentor team members on best practices in front-end development and design integration.
