Netsmart is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join their team in building an advanced analytical solution to empower skilled nursing facilities to improve their quality metrics and operational performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ReactJS in production environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
- Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and human services or post-acute care environments.
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing or backend services.
- Experience working with GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS.
- Participate fully in the software development life cycle for large, complex projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onsite and offshore teams.
- Troubleshoot, support, and resolve issues as part of a broader development team.
- Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery of software features.
- Establish and report on metric-driven goals, risks, and mitigation strategies.
