The Senior Frontend Developer develops, encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs for Papa John’s applications, addressing application scaling challenges and ensuring adherence to development standards.
Requirements
- Develops, encodes, tests, debugs, and documents.
- Prepare program specifications and diagrams and develop coding logic flowcharts.
- Development and management of programs for Papa John’s applications.
- Ensure development standards are adhered (i.e., coding syntax, look and feel, commenting methods).
- Test code using structured testing methodology and confirm applications meet the specification.
- Solve application scaling challenges.
- Write and maintain technical specifications and documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation, and operation of developed software.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform-wide initiatives and provide estimations for the tasks.
- Define best code standards, ensure development standards are adhered (i.e., coding syntax, look and feel, commenting methods).
- Test code using structured testing methodology and confirm applications meet the specification.
- Solve application scaling challenges.
- Train and assist team mid-level engineers in developmental skills, and contribute to team growth.
- Consult with business analysts and/or users to gather information about application needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements.
- Write and maintain technical specifications and documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation, and operation of developed software.
