Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building user-centric and visually appealing interfaces.
- Proficiency in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of frontend technologies, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design and Develop User Interfaces: Architect, code, and maintain frontend components using modern technologies and best practices to ensure high performance, usability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with backend developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize and Improve Existing Interfaces: Continuously monitor and optimize frontend performance. Identify user experience issues and implement improvements to enhance usability and engagement.
- Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Implement Design Best Practices: Ensure frontend systems adhere to design standards and guidelines, and collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow their technical skills and career.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
