Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js).
- Deep experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap and/or Tailwind preferred).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Skilled with Git, modern build tools, and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with scoping, estimation, and technical decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to turn ideas into production ready code.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Optimize every pixel for speed, accessibility, and usability across devices.
- Architect frontend systems and reinforce coding best practices for the team.
- Ensure design fidelity by translating complex UI/UX requirements into clean, reusable components.
- Drive code quality through automated testing, linting, and documentation standards.
