INFUSE is looking for a Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer to deliver an internal product primarily backend-driven with some frontend responsibilities, focusing on building scalable, maintainable systems with extensive integration work
Requirements
- Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher)
- Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus
- Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
- Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable
- Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points
Responsibilities
- Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow
- Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks
- Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory)
- Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
