INFUSE is looking for a Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer to deliver an internal product primarily backend-driven with some frontend responsibilities, focusing on building scalable, maintainable systems with extensive integration work.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher).
  • Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus.
  • Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
  • Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable.
  • Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points.
  • Tech stack is flexible; current systems include Python, PHP (Laravel, Symfony), React, or Vue, hosted primarily on AWS

Responsibilities

  • Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable.
  • Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow.
  • Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks.
  • Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build well-designed, robust APIs enabling seamless integration with other systems
