INFUSE is looking for a startup-savvy Senior Full-Stack / Backend Engineer with a strong MVP mindset and proven experience building scalable, maintainable systems with extensive integration work to deliver an internal product primarily backend-driven (80%) with some frontend responsibilities (20%).
Requirements
- Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher).
- Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus.
- Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
- Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable.
- Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points.
- Tech stack includes Python and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend frameworks), with everything hosted primarily on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable.
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow.
- Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks.
- Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory).
- Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
