Gogo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to develop and deploy troubleshooting tools for their Operations specialists, which will be integral to daily processes, enabling Technical Support Engineers to identify and triage problems, leading to quick customer resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java
- 4+ years of experience with React/Redux
- 2+ years working with Python
- Strong skills in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience developing with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Unit testing experience
- Experience using SCM tools such as Git
Responsibilities
- Full stack software developer who will design and develop reliable, scalable and maintainable customer operations tools that support troubleshooting for our Technical Support teams
- Design dashboards to collect metrics from various systems for alerting including real-time health status for in flight aircraft
- Automate manual processes using innovative technology solutions
- Provide Level of Effort estimates for requirements and input on solution direction
- Troubleshoot defects and code resolutions
- Guide implementation of best practices for application design/development
- Comprehensively unit test your code

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with software development
- Strong XP/SCRUM/Agile work ethic – Ability to contribute productively to a fast-paced development team, delivering demonstrable code in 2-week increments
